# Assignments

Every person in your Daisychain account can be assigned to a single [User](/help/settings/users-and-roles.md).

Assignments can be created, viewed, filtered, and modified in multiple places:

* In the [Inbox](/help/texting/inbox.md)\
  ​
* In [Pathways](/help/organizing/pathways.md)\
  ​
* In the [People](/help/managing-data/filtering-people.md) view

You can also create Assignments when building an [Automation](/help/organizing/automations.md).
