# Assignments

Every person in your Daisychain account can be assigned to a single [User](https://daisychain.gitbook.io/help/settings/users-and-roles).

Assignments can be created, viewed, filtered, and modified in multiple places:

* In the [Inbox](https://daisychain.gitbook.io/help/texting/inbox)\

* In [Pathways](https://daisychain.gitbook.io/help/organizing/pathways)\
  ​
* In the [People](https://daisychain.gitbook.io/help/managing-data/filtering-people) view

You can also create Assignments when building an [Automation](https://daisychain.gitbook.io/help/organizing/automations).
